Filter and sorting settings for yourorder management

What for

You can use this function to convenientlydefineyour focus on the data relevant to you in smartblick order management.

Simply filter by status or tags and sort by order name, creation date, status or delivery date.

order status
You can configure your filter with these five order "states".
Each selection gives you an instant overview of how many orders are in which status.

How

Filter by status

1. Go to your order management

2. Select Filter by status -in the standard configuration you will see

 all orders with all statuses are displayed

3.1. click Deselect all and then select a status you want to be displayed

3.2. click Select All and then select a status you want to hide

Filter by tags

1. Go to your order management

2. Select Filter by tags -in the default configuration no tagsare selected

3. Click on the tag you want to filter by - you can of course select multiple tags at once

Please note that the filters are cumulative!

If you select e.g. the status PLANNED andthe tag IMPORTANT ,

only the orders that are PLANNED andIMPORTANT will be displayed. 

Sort orders

1. Go to your order management

2. Select Sort orders

3. Choose the category and the direction of sorting (ascending/descending)
