Group orders with labels

Orders can be provided with various markings to clarify connections and improve clarity

What for

Often, different orders have common characteristics that you would like to map in the planning and production process.

For example, orders that require a certain material can be executed by only one machine.

But also other possibilities for grouping orders occur again and again. Be it the assignment of criticality, certain customers, or orders that are to be executed by a particularly experienced employee.

Setting labels for orders enables you to easily adapt your smartblick production planning to your needs.

Like

Assignment of labels

Go to production planning and turn on Show labels.

Then select an order tile and click on Add Label

Select a suitable label or create a new one

Filter by labels

Go to the production planning and click on filtering

Select the label(s) you want to filter by.

You will now see the orders highlighted that have the corresponding label.

Create your own labels

Go to the profile icon and select the settings

Scroll to the Manage order labels section

Design and name your new label according to your requirements

Press the Enter key or click on the corresponding icon in the input area

You can use the new label right away!
